About Us

Welcome to the Carleton University Physics Society (CUPS). We're a team of physics students striving to make physics a bit less daunting and more accessible for any and all students interested. We host a variety of events throughout the school year aimed at connecting students with the department and promoting curiosity.

Who We Are
CUPS brings together undergraduate and graduate students in physics and related fields. We work closely with the Department of Physics and the wider Carleton science community to support academic success and foster a welcoming environment.

What We Do
From seminars and public talks to social nights, our society provides opportunities to learn, relax, and connect. We also advocate for student interests within the department and organize events that make physics engaging and approachable.
